The Rialto Square Theatre, a magnificent performing arts center, wanted to change the name and image of its "Preservation Society" donor program. They wanted to attract a wider audience to the program and communicate a clear message about the member benefits of the program, which include early ticket sales, a private entrance and bar line.
The Rialto turned to Bullet Communications to reimage the entire program. Bullet renamed the program the S.T.A.R. Program, which is an acronym for "Special Treatment at the Rialto". Bullet then designed the program logo, posters and membership brochure. Within two months of introducing the new identity, the number of new S.T.A.R. members had
far exceeded the Rialto's projections!
