Client: Sudler & Company / Chicago, IL

For this rather unusual assignment, we were commissioned by a real estate agent at Sudler & Company to design a sales brochure to help her market a single unit at a prestigious Chicago condominium complex. The property, a $5 million dollar, 7,400 square foot condominium was high style on the inside, and the views down Michigan Avenue and across Lake Michigan were spectacular. Beautiful photography, and a clean, tasteful layout, utilizing ample white space, captured the ambiance of the living spaces and the breathtaking views.

The One Magnificent Mile brochure was published in Graphic Design:USA magazine.
